2 big potatoes
2 eggs
1 small onion
4-5 celery sticks
mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Cook potatoes (peel if you want), dice.
Boil eggs for 10 minutes, reserve one yolk, dice all the rest and add to potatoes. Clean and chop celery and onion, add to potatoes.
Beat together: 1/4 cup mayonnaise, salt and pepper, remaining egg yolk. Mix with rest of salad.
