500 g asparagus, trimmed, cooked & diced 1 lb
750 g potatoes, peeled, cooked & diced 1 1/2 lb
375 ml corn kernels 1 1/2 cup
2 can white tuna, drained & flaked (7 oz / 198 g)
1 L lettuce, chopped 4 cup
75 ml parsley, chopped 1/3 cup
4 green onions, chopped
40 ml balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp
1 clove garlic, minced
salt & pepper to taste
30 ml olive oil 2 tbsp
In a large bowl; combine asparagus, potatoes, corn, tuna, lettuce, basil and green onions.
In a small bowl; combine vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk in oil.
Toss salad with dressing.
