500 g lean ground pork
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
250 ml mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
284 ml can condensed tomato soup
213 ml can tomato sauce
796 ml can whole tomatoes, coarsley chopped
398 ml can red kidney beans, undrained
chili powder to taste
5 ml dried basil
dash Tabasco sauce
In a large skillet or electric fry pan; cook pork, onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic until pork is browned. Drain off excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer approximately 30 minutes.
