1 cup flour
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped nuts
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar
8 ozs. Cool Whip
2 small pkgs. pistachio instant pudding mix
1-1/2 cup cold milk
1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring
Combine flour, sugar, butter and nuts and press into greased 9×13 pan; bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; cool. Mix cheese and powdered sugar together; fold in 1/2 the Cool Whip; spread on cooled crust. Make pudding and add almond flavoring.Combine and spread over top of cream cheese layer; refrigerate until firm. Top with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate.
