250 ml garlic cloves; peeled
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon peppercorns
1 teaspoon allspice berries
2-3 juniper berries
125-175 ml red wine vinegar
Yield: 250 ml
Put garlic cloves into a dry sterilized jar with a lid. Add all the ingredients. Cover with the lid. Refrigerate. Keeps 4 months.
