Philly Shrimp Toast

16 slices French bread slices

1 cup PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese

2 lb. cooked cleaned large shrimp, chopped

64 slices baby golden beets, peeled, halved and thinly sliced

64 each navel orange supremes, chopped

1/2 cup radishes, julienned

1 cup assorted sweet mini peppers, seeded, minced

2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. fresh chives, finely chopped



TOAST bread under broiler until tops are light golden brown. Spread 1 Tbsp. cream cheese on each slice.



TOP with 2 oz. shrimp, 4 beet slices, 4 orange pieces and 1/2 Tbsp. radishes. Garnish with 1 Tbsp. peppers and 1/2 tsp. chives.
