6 oz cream cheese, room temp
3/4 cup sugar, confectioner’s
1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
5 tablespoons milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 Chocolate Layer for Pies
1 nut Crust
1 Whipped Cream Topping
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Make the chocolate layer for pies and pour into baked nut crust and cool to room temperature. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sugar and blend well. Gradually add the 5 tablespoons of milk and mix well. In a well chilled mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into peanut butter mixture until blended. Pour this over the chocolate layer and refrigerate to let set a bit. Make up the whipped cream topping and spread over set pie. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
