Pea Soup (dehydrated) for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (6 1/4 Gallons)
Portions: 1 Cup Each

7-No. 2-1/2 can (8 lb) soup, dehydrated, green pea
6 gallon water, boiling

Stir soup mix into boiling water. Stir until smooth. Return soup mixture to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 3 to 5 minutes stirring frequently.
