11 ounces spiral pasta
salty water to cook pasta
6 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoon wine vinegar
juice from 1/2 lemon
3 tablespoon white wine
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoon fine herbs
1/2 onion
4 spring onions
1 carrot
1 sweet red bell pepper
7 ounces frozen peas
10 ounces ham or mortadela
Cook pasta al dente. In large salad bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and wine. Crush garlic and add to bowl along with pepper, salt and herbs. Add chopped onion. Cut spring onions in small pieces, peel carrots and cook them lightly in a little salty water, slice them. Peel and clean red pepper, cut in thin stripes. Cut ham in small squares. Mix everything in the salad bowl, add cooked pasta. Let this salad sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
