Parmesan Dip

2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
3 anchovy fillets, mashed
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

MAKES ABOUT 1-1/4 CUPS

In small bowl using fork or wire whisk, mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours to let flavors blend.
