Oven Fries

6 large russet potatoes
45 ml olive oil 3 tbsp
salt & pepper or seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Oil 2 baking sheets with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil each. Scrub or peel potatoes; slice into 1/2 inch (1 cm) wide by 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thick fries. In a large bowl; toss potatoes with the remaining olive oil. Spread potatoes out in a single layer on each baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the fries occasionally so that they brown evenly and do not stick. Season and serve.
