Ortega Beef Burrito

1 pound ground beef
1-1/3 cups water
1 (1.5-ounce) package ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix
8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped

BROWN beef; drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture thickens.

SPREAD 1/2 cup beef mixture on each tortilla. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes; fold into burritos.

Makes 4 servings.
