Oriental Peas

1 L peas 4 cup
15 ml butter or margarine 1 tbsp
5 ml sugar 1 tsp
5 ml soy sauce 1 tsp
5 ml ground ginger 1 tsp

In a large saucepan; cook peas with water until tender-crisp. Drain well.
Add butter, sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Toss well.

Serves 4
