4 ounce pkg. cookies
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping (or whipped cream)
Mix and pat on pie crust.
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding (follow directions on box)
Crush cookies and mix with margarine and sugar. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill 1 hour. Combine cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Make chocolate pudding according to package directions. Pour over Cool Whip mixture; let set a few minutes. Cover the pudding using more Cool Whip. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on top or cut up maraschino cherries.
