750 ml radish, thinly sliced 3 cup
1 can mandarin orange segments, drained (10 oz / 284 ml)
75 ml slivered almonds, toasted 1/3 cup
50 ml green onion, sliced 1/4 cup
40 ml olive oil 3 tbsp
30 ml white wine vinegar 2 tbsp
15 ml fresh sweet basil, chopped 1 tbsp
1 ml chili powder 1/4 tsp
.5 ml ground coriander 1/8 tsp
salt & pepper to taste
In a medium bowl; combine radish, oranges, almonds and onion.
In a jar with lid; combine oil, vinegar, basil, chili powder, coriander, salt and pepper. Shake well. Drizzle dressing over radish mixture. Toss well.
