Orange Mustard Glaze Turkey

Grill up these tangy turkey strips for your next outdoor meal. Serve the turkey over rice or as part of a chef’s salad.

1 pound boneless turkey breast, sliced
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons prepared brown mustard
1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar

Slice turkey into 1/2-inch-thick slices.

In a small bowl, combine marmalade, mustard and sugar. Coat the turkey slices with the glaze. Grill or broil the turkey for 7 to 10 minutes, turning once. Brush often with additional glaze.

Makes 4 servings.
