1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
3 tablespoon (45 ml) prepared hot horseradish (or to taste)
1 tablespoon (15 ml) grated orange rind (zest)
2 teaspoon (10 ml) fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon style mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Makes about 1+1/2 cups.
