Ooh-La-La Potatoes

6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled & cubed
250 ml chedder cheese, shredded 1 cup
90 ml butter or margarine 6 tbsp
175 ml sour cream 3/4 cup
3 green onions, chopped
5 ml salt 1 tsp

Preheat oven to 300 F (150 C). Melt cheese and butter over low heat. Combine with remaining ingredients. Place potatoes in greased casserole and add cheese mixture. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.

Serves 6
