2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained (10 oz / 284 g)
500 ml cottage cheese 2 cup
250 ml process cheese, cubed 1 cup
2 eggs, lightly beaten
30 ml butter, cubed 2 tbsp
50 ml all purpose flour 1/4 cup
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
In a large bowl; combine spinach, cottage cheese, process cheese, eggs, butter, flour and salt. Blend well. Pour into lightly greased baking dish. Cook in preheated 350 F (180 F) oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted. Great served as a side dish or as a dip with your favourite crackers.
