2 cups sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened coccoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
Lightly grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. In large saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla, mix well. Stir in rolled oats and coconut. Spread in greased pan. Refrigerate until set. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
Makes 36 bars.
