Mustard B-B-Q Sauce

2 tablespoons Grainy Southern-style Mustard
6 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
6 tablespoons Sugar
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon White Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Butter

Combine all but soy sauce and butter in a sauce pan and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and butter.
Baste meat last 10 minutes of cooking and serve
remaining sauce on the side for dipping.
Great on fresh ham roast, chops and pork butt roasts.

Makes approx. 1 cup
