Mushroom Canapes

Yield: 12 Servings

1 cup Mayonnaise
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 can Chopped black olives
1 can Mushroom stems & pieces

Mix all together. Spread 2 teaspoons of mixture on melba cracker rounds; broil about 6 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes until top is lightly browned & bubbly.
