Mushroom Cake

10 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 ounce butter plus 1 teaspoon for the mold
1/3 lb smoked ham diced
3-1/2 ounces Gruyere cheese, diced
1 tablesopoon parsley, chopped
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 lb (less 1 tablespoon) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon mustard, or to taste

Serving Size : 6

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the mushroom. Cook until all liquid has evaporated. Beat the eggs very well with a whip, then add the oil, mustard salt and pepper, beating constantly. Stir in the flour and baking powder little by little until you get a smooth dough. Fold in the mushrooms, ham, cheese and parsley. Butter a loaf pan and sprinkle a little flour. Pour dough into pan. Bake at 350 F preheated oven 30 minutes. Let cool a little before unmolding.

NOTE:
Serve with a salad or as as appetizer
