1/2 c water
1/4 c Sugar
1 Stick cinnamon
2 Whole allspice
3 Whole cloves
1 Thin slice fresh ginger OR
1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
2 c Apple juice
1 cup Orange juice
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
4 Orange slices; for garnish
Yield: 4 Servings
In medium saucepan, mix water and sugar; bring to boil; boil 3 minutes. Add spices; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes; discard spices. Add juices. Heat to boiling. Serve hot garnished with orange slice.
