1/4 C vegetable oil
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lemon juice (oh hell, juice 1/2 a lemon!)
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
1-1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 clove garlic crushed
chopped parsley
Mix everything together, add as much parsley as you care to, dunk your meat in there and let it sit for 20 minutes – 2 hours (depending on type/cut). Won’t set the world on it’s ear, but your meats will taste great.
