1 cup apple juice
1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon fat free spread
1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement or 6 packets or enough stevia to equal
1/4 cup
+1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine apple juice and cornstarch in small saucepan. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in spread, sugar substitute, maple flavoring and vanilla. Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.
Makes 1 cup.
