One 12-ounce block extra firm silken tofu
1/2 cup dehydrated, granulated cane juice or dehydrated, granulated fruit juice
Pinch of salt or 1 Tablespoon mellow white miso
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 cup unsweetened grated coconut (optional)
Blend ingredients in a blender until very smooth. Refrigerate.
