Low Fat Raw Vegetable Dip

2 cups. applesauce
1 cup low-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Slowly cook applesauce about 5 minutes to evaporate some of the liquid; chill. Combine the applesauce, sour cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix well. Use as a dip for fresh, raw vegetables or your choice.

Makes 2-1/2 cups.
