2 each Anchovy Fillets
1-1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Yield: 4 servings
Chop and mash the anchovy fillets on a cutting board. Put in a bowl and blend in the mayonnaise. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill.
Makes about 1-3/4 cups of dip
