1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt, optional
2-1/4 teaspoons yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups flour
Mix yeast, sugar, and water together in a bowl and let sit for ten minutes. Add olive oil and flour and make into a dough. Then, knead the dough for about 10 minutes + or -, until it is elastic and resilient. Let the dough sit in a warm place for 1 hour. After the dough has risen punch it down and form into a pizza and add your favorite sauce and toppings and bake.
