Low Fat Mandarin Salad

1-1/2 bunches spinach, torn into pieces
9 ounces mandarin oranges
3/4 cup fat-free poppy seed dressing
3 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
1 cup water chestnuts

Place all ingredients in a serving bowl, mix and serve.
