Low Fat Lemon Chive Fettuccine

Makes 6 servings

6 ounces uncooked fettuccine
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
3 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Cook fettuccine as directed on package-except omit salt; drain. Mix remaining ingredients; toss with fettuccine.
