1/2 c. nonfat or low fat mayonnaise
1/2 c. peeled and diced english cucumber
2 tbsps. skim milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth. Store in jar in the refrigerator.
