2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerettes
1 can Campbell’s low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Low fat parmesan cheese topping
Low fat cheddar or American cheese slices
Place the chicken and broccoli in an ovenproof casserole and pour the soup and water over it. Top with the cheese and bake, covered, for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover, and if the cheese is not browned yet, bake uncovered another 10 minutes.
