Low Fat Butterscotch Sauce

1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 cup 2% evaporated milk
1 tablespoon butter or soft margarine
2 tablespoon light corn syrup

In saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter or margarine and corn syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often.

Makes 1 cup.

NOTE:
Can be drizzled over ice cream, frozen yogurt, crepes.
