Light Blue Cheese Dressing

1/2 cup low-fat of fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup low-fat or nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Pinch of cayenne

In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in crumbled blue cheese, onion, garlic, pepper and cayenne. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Dressing will keep well for up to 5 days.

Makes about 1-1/4 cups. 20 calories per tablespoon
