Lemony Potatoes

750 ml medium potatoes, peeled & quartered
30 ml olive oil
75 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
10 ml crushed garlic
– coarse salt & freshly ground pepper to taste –
5 ml dried basil

In a baking casserole; add potatoes. Toss with remaining ingredients. Bake in preheated 375 F (190 C) oven for approximately one hour. Stir gently once half way through baking.
