1 tbl butter
1 tbl cornstarch
1 tbl honey
1/2 cup cran-apple juice
2 tbl lemon juice
1/2 cup diced unpeeled granny smith apples
Melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cornstarch and honey and mix well. Gradually add the cran-apple juice. Add the lemon juice and apples. Cook-stir over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
