500 g ground turkey
2 onions, diced
1 small cabbage, chopped
125 ml brown rice
1 L Peak of the Market Tomato, Carrot & Basil Gourmet Soup
In a large skillet with small amount of olive oil; fry turkey. Add onion and saute until turkey is no longer pink.
In large casserole; add cabbage, rice and turkey mixture. Add soup and stir together until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven or 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
