250 g cream cheese 8 oz
50 ml mayonnaise 1/4 cup
125 ml sour cream 1/2 cup
2 cans cocktail shrimp, drained (4 oz / 113 g)
250 ml seafood sauce 1 cup
500 ml cheddar and or mozzarella cheese, grated 2 cup
1 green or red pepper, chopped
1 tomato, seeded & diced
3 green onions, chopped
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Spread evenly on a 12 inch (30 cm) round platter.
Spread shrimp over cheese layer. Spread seafood sauce over shimp. Sprinkle with cheese, pepper, tomato and onion.
Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with variety of crackers.
