2 cups Hellmann’s mayonnaise
2 cups buttermilk
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup yellow onion, minced
1/4 cup parsley, minced
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (previous recipe)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Pinch salt
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a medium-size bowl. Whisk until well blended.
Makes about 1 quart.
