40 Chicken drumsticks

marinade:
1 Lg onion
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup veg oil
3 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon ground Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1-1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Process all marinade ingredients in blender until smooth. Place chicken in ziploc bags & pour marinade over. Refrigerate at least 8 hrs. Turn to coat.

Bake in 475 degree oven 20-25 min, until no pink in center. (We usually grill them)
