1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3-1/4 cups bread flour

Upon second kneading add:
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped jalapeño pepper
