Italian Sausage

2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
4 teaspoon Fennel seeds
4 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
8 lb Pork shoulder

Cut the pork into 1-1/2 inch cubes. Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and toss to distribute. Grind. Shape sausage into patties.
