Italian Sausage

1 lbs boneless, skinless turkey breast
1/2 lbs boneless, pork loin
2 teaspoon browning and seasoning sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lb. Basic Meat Mixture ( To follow below)
1 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds
3/4 teaspoon coriander seeds, crushed
3/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 yard casings
vegetable cooking spray

Position knife blade in food processor. Add turkey and pork and the seasonings. Process until smooth.

Divide into 4 – 4 ounce cut 4 – 8 inch casings. stuff and twist. Coat large non-stick skillet with spray. Cook over medium heat until browned. Yield 4 servings.

It is also good with just pork
