1 cup small sea shell pasta
1 cup celery, cut slanted
1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 cup mayonnaise or more
3-1/2 tablespoons cream
3 fresh garden onions with tops, diced
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 lb. imitation crab, cut in small pieces
1 cucumber, cut in small chunks
1 tablespoon sugar
Mix mayonnaise, cream, sugar and pepper together. Garnish with slices of tomato wedges and sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
