Makes 4 servings
1/2 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 (3-pound) chicken, cut up
In medium saucepan, combine steak sauce, tomato sauce, onion, vinegar, maple syrup, oil, chili powder and red pepper flakes. Over medium heat, heat mixture to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened; cool.
Grill chicken over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes or until done, turning and basting frequently with prepared sauce. Serve hot.
