Hot and Peppery Shrimp

Yield: 6 servings

1 1/2 lb Medium shrimp, about 60, Peeled, Raw, deveined
1/4 cup Chopped green onions
1/4 cup Lime juice
1 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons Lime peel, grated
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
2 Cloves garlic, finely Chopped
Nonstick cooking spray
2 teaspoons Sesame oil

Mix all ingredients except cooking spray and oil in large glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Heat oven to 400F. Spray a 13x9x2-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange marinated shrimp in a single layer in pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Drizzle with oil and serve hot.
