Home Style Pot Roast for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (2 Pans)
Portions: 2 Slices (4-1/2 Ounces)
Pan Size: 18 by 24-inch Roasting Pan
Temperature: 350 degrees F. Oven

40 lb beef, pot roast, thawed
1/3 cup (2 oz) onion soup, dehydrated
5 3/4 quart (12 lb 8 oz or 4-No. 3 cyl can) cream of mushroom soup, condensed, canned

Place roast in pans. sprinkle onion soup over roasts. Cover roast with condensed cream of mushroom soup. Cover pans. Bake in 350 degrees F.oven for 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours or until tender. Serve with mushroom onion gravy.
