1/2 teaspoon Fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon Fresh tarragon
1/2 teaspoon Fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon Fresh chervil
3 tablespoon Wine vingar
9 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Mince the fresh herbs, reserving a few leaves to use as garnishes. Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Beat vigorously with a wire whisk until well blended. Garnish with fresh leaves and serve immediately.
